UCLA CTS, CTA to Publish New Survey of 4,600 teachers in California

The UCLA Center for the Transformation of Schools (CTS) and the California Teachers Association (CTA), will present the findings of a new survey of more than 4,600 teachers in California, Tuesday, September 27.

Conducted on behalf of CTS and CTA by Hart Research,  the survey, "Voices From the Classroom," details significant levels of stress and dissatisfaction with job conditions among teachers, and highlights concerns about diversity and inclusion in schools. The survey findings illuminate the implications for development and retention of the state’s teaching workforce.
