UCLA Pritzker Center to Discuss Racism in City Government

Hybrid event will explore the dehumanization of Black children and youth and ways to address it.

The UCLA Pritzker Center for Strengthening Children and Families will present a discussion on “Affirming Black Children in Foster Care: A Response to Racism in City Government,” on Wednesday, Nov. 2, in-person at Moore Hall, Rm. 3340, and via Zoom. 

This event will explore recent comments made by LA City Council members and the impact on Black children and families. We will explore research and strategies for getting involved and sharing your voice with our community!

This event is free; a lunch will be provided. A certificate of completion will be available to all attendees.
