    Notify your immediate Manager/Supervisor to help you determine any short term leaves that will be three or less days such as for Sick, Medical Appointments, Personal, and/or Vacation request. For any long term leaves, please reach out to the Human Resources Office (hr@gseis.ucla.edu) or your HR Representative for any questions.
