Shea Pitts and Jordan Genmark Heath bolster TORQ efforts
Educational media platform TORQ Learn has expanded its nationwide reach to the campus of UCLA, tapping a pair of Transformative Coaching and Leadership alumni to lead the effort.
General Outreach Coordinator Shea Pitts (‘22) and Jordan Genmark Heath (‘22), TORQ’s Chief Marketing Officer, view the company’s expansion to UCLA as “an opportunity to forge a special relationship with one of the most prestigious collegiate institutions in the world.”
Bolstered by its body of student journalists, TORQ connects millions of college learners, parents, and alumni networks in seconds, utilizing social media channels in addition to live events and fundraisers. The UCLA team hopes to host a golf tournament in the near future to raise money for student scholarship funds, charities, and future events.
TORQ Learn strives to unite students from across the nation—facilitating opportunities for employment and internships. The TORQ program empowers prospective college students to discover their ideal fit with an unfiltered view of the college experience, through the eyes of current students.
