The Future of Public Education: Promise, Possibility, and Partnership
What will it take to ensure public schools remain thriving communities and powerful engines of opportunity and belonging? And how can we harness the collective strengths of educators, researchers, policymakers, and community partners to shape a brighter future for public education?

Join us for a Call to Conversation with Dr. Debra Duardo, Los Angeles County Superintendent of Schools, as we explore the challenges, possibilities, and bold ideas shaping public education across Los Angeles County. From reimagining schools as community anchors to investing in educators, advancing innovation, and strengthening partnerships, this timely conversation will explore what is possible when we work across institutions and communities toward a shared vision.
Together, we’ll consider not only what’s at stake for public education, but what we can accomplish through research, practice, policy, and purposeful partnership to ensure that every student and community has the opportunity to thrive.
