Eli Kashman (he/him)

Eli Kashman is a multilingual, multicultural educator who has served in various educational roles in the US and abroad. He capitalizes on this background to better understand the perspectives of underrepresented groups and to use the educational system to empower them.

As a doctoral candidate, Eli is studying the systemic factors that may foster strong teacher-student relationships and improve academics, attendance, and behavior in high-poverty middle schools.
