Gabriel Gutierrez Aragon is a doctoral student in the Higher Education & Organizational Change program at UCLA. Grounded in frameworks such as sense of belonging and institutional betrayal and support theory, his work seeks to inform how universities cultivate equitable environments that support student success and systemic change.
