SUMMARY:Coffee\, Pastries\, and a Book: Winter Quarter Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The UCLA Ed&IS Office of Justice\, Equity\, Diversity\, and Inclusion and the IS Library and Media Preservation Lab co-present “Coffee\, Pastries and a Book”\, a book club that meets both in-person and online during the 2025-2026 academic year. \n\n\n\nThis year\, we will be reading Terry McMillan’s It Was the Way She Said It\, a compilation of short stories and essays. Read more about the McMillan’s newest work from the publisher\, Ballantine’s Books.    \n\n\n\nJoin us for our Winter Quarter In-Person Meeting! We will host two meetings a quarter\, one in-person and one virtual. We encourage you to come to as many as you can\, but you do not have to attend all the meetings.  \n\n\n\nLast\, but certainly not least\, participants will receive a free copy of the book!  \n\n\n\nThe IS Library and Media Preservation Lab is located at 290 Charles E Young Dr N\, Los Angeles\, CA 90024\, Rooms 102 + 118 on the first floor of the SEIS Building.  \n\n\n\n\n  Register Now
